Our clients are the managers and organizations that are servicing our country. Our focus is on System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA), System Integration, Information Engineering and Business Management functions.

Our approach to engaging with clients is to use the most expeditious, accessible contract vehicle that achieves the goals of our client. Typically, if BNL cannot lead the effort, we will partner with the larger quality integration firms that are recognized by the client agency that have accessible vehicles in place.
